Removed (Top Of Forum Homepage) Chat Box

This morning I removed the Chat Box software modification which was located at the top of the forum's homepage as it was giving too many error messages and seldom used.

If members ask a bunch for it back then I'll install the latest version and hopfully that will work better . . . John.
