I really did enjoy it. I will experiment more with the tahini but I will use the coffee grinder to pulverize the seeds.  think I will toast them a bit more too. I need to smoke a batch too and ee how that works. Bet it'd be awsome! Also want to try roasted almosds and sesseme seeds.

Just buy the real thing :P    I think its accually cheaper then buying the plain seeds in wight.
There is this thing called ethiopian thini , Its extremly dark and a bit bitter. I think they use a different seasame verietal perhaps or maybe they dont dehusk the seeds before grinding.    Its some powerful stuff...  and very rich in iron.
