I am looking for a few pieces of equipment for my business.
I will need:
A Milk Weigh Tank, to receive milk from suppliers who store and transport in can, so their supply can be blended, weighed, and sampled. 80 g capacity or near
1 large 2 compartment stainless steel sink /wash vat for the milk receiving room for the washing of cans
1 small 2 compartment sink for the cheese make room
A 200 gallon bulk tank (possibly)
Perhaps other items later, depending on how well other deals in the works go for me

You have to inquire about the prices, but they are very reasonable, considering I can't even get most of the things I need from them in the US
But obviously those things I can get in the US, I would like to find a good domestic supplier for, so I don't have to ship everything overseas.

They also have a very excellent selection of cheese hoops, molds etc.
of particular interest to some would be the 'Järb' molds,
these are the adjustable molds that are suited to the production of a number of mountain style cheeses.
