Hi.
m K.T.N from india. I love cheese,but i dont know how to make it. is there any chance that we can take cheese making as a profession.

HI, I think you are saying that many people call you KTN? Yes cheese making can be a profession. Some go to university for it, some learn by working in a cheese making plant and some learn by starting as a hobby cheese maker and then becoming a small "artisan" maker and seller. How successful depends on you and supply/demand for one in your part of the world.
