Title: My favourite Feta cheese in rapeseed oil

Hi,

I woud like to ask what supplements can I use to Feta cheese in rapeseed oil ?
I add dried basil, dried chilli, olive, garlic. But I'm looking for a new taste ;)
And how long can I hold Feta in refrigerator. I hold usually for 1 month.
