I came across this while browsing a website for materials to make a cheesepress. Would this work well for ripening some cheese?

If you have a Ross stores near you then you can go and find a similar container for about 5-7 dollars. You may also look at wal-mart. I have seen a container used for marinading meats that looks a lot like this.
