Hi there, i am from Greece and new to cheese making.
I have been having a really difficulty time seeking out starter cultures that i can purchase here in Europe.
Does anyone know of any reliable source to where i can get in contact with to purchase some Mesophilic and thermophilic cultures ?
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
