Title: An almost white christmas. Close enough anyway.
Post by: vogironface on December 26, 2009, 09:11:13 PM
Well folks, It was not a white Christmas in the cheese cave, but the morning after it was.  My first 2 camembert wheels have bloomed.  There is a little baby colony of white mold and I suspect in a day or two it will be all grown up.  Time moves so quickly, the next thing you know my little mold colony will be moving out and going to college.

I have been trying to keep good notes and will post them here before to much longer.  Thanks to pam and linuxboy and others for their help on this one.  I have used elements from pams recipe, comments by fine wino and lunuxboy.  Hopefully it will work well.

Photos and notes to come.
