When I go to an Indian food restaurant here in Houston Texas, my favourite drink is a Mango Lassi!
Lassi is the term from the Indian Subcontinent (Pakistan/India/Bangaldesh/Sri Lanka/Nepal) for a flavoured cow's milk yogurt drink. There is a bunch of information on Lassi drinks on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lassi), including a small section on Mango Lassi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lassi#Mango_lassi).
Bought this bottle for USD4 from local Indian grocery store, produced by US company called Deep Foods (http://deepfoods.com/deepdairy.asp). Nice product but too sweet for my taste.
Review and pictures (excuse finger marks on condensation) are for anyone in world who is interested in making but has never seen this product.
