Building a Cheese room now in real life 25 gal Jacketed ss kettle,  old double sliding door coke fridge, 6' by 20' lots of work to do cant wait to see it all function and get to maken some raw milk cheese!!!!!!!!! Hi Zach,
I am in Maine Spring and Fall and Mexico the rest of the year milking our 38 goats and making cheese.  I went last year for Artisan Cheesemaking at UVM's VIAC program (VT Institute Artisan Cheese) certification and just returned this year for advanced, I highly recommend it, especially just beginning.  I had lots of cheesetastrophes before this education.
Btw where are you in Maine?  I'm in Eliot.
