Goat milk feta

Hi all

We decided to get our own goat and it has been the best decision ever.  I made some feta using a recipie I have used before but with cow milk. This came out so much firmer, definitely saltier and so yummy. I am so happy.  I also made basic chèvre and added pickled garlic to one batch and lemon to another and they were also really nice. This is so different from the very musky flavours of bought goats milk cheeses I have made in the past.  I think I am going to do a lot of experimenting. I have a goat milk cheddar with chives maturing at the moment. It should be interesting,
