Hi Don here, New cheesemaker from Black Diamond Washington.
Got a couple cheesemaking kits for Christmas from my daughter and I am hooked already.
Just made some mozzarella the other day and now some Farmhouse cheddar yesterday.Hope to learn a lot here.
