First cheddar

Finally have my camembert making on point so I decided to make my next favorite cheese.
I had to make a cheese press for this project at the cost of 32 dollars vs 150 plus online .
traditional clothbound cheddar. Age 6 months  with 5 more months to go.

Ditto what Eric said on both cheese and press.  The press itself is worth a cheese so now that your keeping pace with one cheese per post you have to keep it up !
