Hello from Key West, Florida

Another newbie introduction 

My wife and I live in Key West, Florida USA. 90 Miles north of Havana, Cuba 130 miles south of Miami, Florida. We have been made our own Mozzarella cheese and are considering trying some other cheeses now, so I joined the board to learn more and ask questions. Our interests are wine, food and spending time with our 2 miniature poodles, and out on the beautiful waters of the Lower Florida Keys.
