Hi folks. I'd just like to say hello once again after several years absence. It's been a rough go lately but finally, I think my life has leveled out enough for me to get back to my many hobbies, one of which, of course , is learning to make cheese. I will petty much have to start from scratch, so you all can consider me a rank newbie.
