I'm sure a lot of us are familiar with Margaret and Wilma over at Glengarry since they sell home cheese-making equipment. Just want to point out and openly congratulate them on their achievement last Fall. For a North-American cheese producer to win on European soil, it must have been especially hard. Talk about breaking the stereotype!
