Hey folks. Just a quick intro from me.
Have had a keen interest in food -- especially local & artisan -- for quite a while now, and maintained a blog about local food/producers in and around Brisbane for about two years. Then back in June I attended an intensive weekend cheesemaking course and picked up a kit straight after. Have made a bunch of Camemberts, some feta, and one cheddar (with native Australian pepperleaf) so far, and hope to try my hand at lots more as I learn more about the process.

Nice to meet you all, and I look forward to chatting cheese with you. :)

Hi Stuart and welcome.
The pepperleaf cheddar sounds interesting. Please let us know how it develops.
Good Luck!
