Hi, I'm rob.
I made halloumi for the first time today. It was really good fun to make and very easy. Tasted great too.
I've ordered some equipment like a bigger pan and a recipe book and I'm eager to get making more.

I've been looking at cheese presses and wasn't sure what's a good one to go for. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm located in Hertfordshire in the uk.

Thanks.

Hi Rob,

Welcome. I am new too. My boyfriend was able to construct a simple dutch press looking at pictures and designs online. I was amazed at how easy it was and didn't take long. Of course it is simple but it will work for me until I have more experience to know exactly what I need.

Danbo, how do you change the cheese number? I have some cheeses to add too!

You can give others in the forum a virtual cheese by clicking "Thumbs up" under their forum alias in a post. :-)

Oh, I see. I thought it was the actual number of cheeses you have made, haha. Good to know.

Thanks guys. I'll have a look at the presses.
