Mermaid: It's still in the cave... I'll be happy to sample it if you like... :-)

Mal: Just started a new job that demands a lot from me - hense the cheesemaking is on pause at the moment. I would really like to make a Reblochon or something similar.

Anyone have an idea for a Soft white or blue as a still have a lot of hard cheeses in the cave...
