Hello from sunny Queensland in Australia,

I have just come across this awesome Forum while looking for some cheese info.
I love, eat, breath and make cheeses and hope that I will find lots of new inspiration here.
But first I'll have to figure out the technicalities and protocol of this forum.
I have already managed to loose my first attempt of an intro.  ;) :D :D :D

Hi and welcome on board. Looks like AussieCheese's fantasies of an Aussie domination are getting close to being fulfilled.
Don't worry about the technicalities, it's not too complicated and if you've got this far it should be plain sailing from now on.
I have to say, though, that I'm a bit concerned to hear that you "breathe...cheeses": that could lead to sinus problems.
No doubt you will find plenty of inspiration not to mention information and help if you need it.

Welcome aboard.  You will indeed find inspiration here.  There are a great bunch of folks on this forum and they are very helpful, and looking at the cheeses that are being made is inspirational and motivational.  It has certainly inspired me to try new things and to learn more.

Personally, I'm becoming very concerned about this Aussie invasion-----pretty soon we're all going to be speaking "Aussie" and watching the water go down the drain backwards  >:D  ---Seriously, we all love the down under folks----welcome aboard :)
