I discovered this wonderful documentary today on Youtube about the explosion of artisan cheese in North America. It is presented from the perspective of the French who have more or less turned their back on traditional cheese to buy industrial versions of the classics.

The audio is in French but there is an excellent translation provided as subtitles. I thouroughly enjoyed it.
