Hello All,

After being asked to introduce myself in another thread, I realized I skipped making an Intro here - I tend to jump into things a little quickly sometimes  ::)

I am an American (Tacoma, Washington and Portland, Oregon) relocated to Tokyo 5 years ago.  As you can imagine, cheese here is either overly processed or overly expensive (but I'm realizing "expensive" is relatively relative).  So I started dabbling in cheesemaking about a year ago.  I have been focusing on Butterkase and I've got my 4th and 5th in the aging space now.

So far, my camaraderie has been cheesemaking.com and whatever I could find on the internet - which isn't a lot when it comes to Butterkase... so I'm very happy to have found you guys!

Cheers~
