I MADE A CHEESE!! Woot woot!! And it was edible too! Haha, made a Queso Fresco and after MUCH freaking out, it's not a disaster at all ☺️

Aww thanks guys ☺️ it's been a while since my last post and that cheese is long gone lol. I figure I'll be making this cheese once a week cuz it's quick, easy and no wait time, as well to get more practice in with the whole process. I don't have a cave yet so I'm not ready yet for anything out of fridge for the time being.
