Wholesale bulk cheese paper

Started a little cheese making business here in Philadelphia. So far so good.

Wanted to see where makers/retailers are buying their bulk cheese paper. Trying to keep costs down, of course. Fromaticum seems to be a bit more expensive perhaps?

Do these papers ever come in rolls as opposed to squares? Artisan Geek is awesome but trying to see if I can find more options.
