Another fresh milk delivery.

5 gallons fresh from the dairy raw milk yesterday.

Saved one gallon for drinking and made 4 pounds Mozzarella today.

I'm really loving this fresh milk thing , especially seeing as it's free , well , sort of , I have to split the cheese with the delivery guy.

But I'm happy.

Gouda next week.
