PA classes or farms that I can check out?

I'll be driving all around Pennsylvania at the end of May -- from Philly to Wilkes-Barre to Pottsville to Pittsburgh and stops in-between -- and I've got time to take a cheesemaking class or visit a place where they make cheese.  Does anyone have any recommendations?
