I am calling this"Forum Cheddar" because of all the helpful comments I have had in trying to make a better cheddar (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,15912.0.html)

Everything seemed to go according to plan, now I just have to wait 6 months to see if it all worked out!

Here it is out of the press this morning total weight 34oz.
