Since getting locked out of my original 'Duntov' account, I decided to create this one that should be easy for me to remember.  I am a young cheese again.  lol

I will be posting some of my new creations soon to include an Irish Honey Whiskey Cheddar, Butterkäse Mit Cumin and my original Island Blue.  Also an update on my True T12 cave with all the whistles and bells.

I am very much looking forward to this post! Depending on how my most recent Buttercheese comes out, I plan to do a vanilla flavored version that will hopefully really bring out some of the sweet notes of the cheese. Maybe your method of adding cumin will provide some guidance.

My trip was a nightmare in contrast to John the Webmaster who was taking in a Panama Cruise at the time.
