Hello all! I've been lurking on this forum for a long time now, and I've been able to learn so much from you guys! I've always loved cheese, and decided to make my passion more of a hobby. I've made plenty of fresh cheeses, but I finally gained the courage to make the aged versions (as well as gained the appropriate equipment to age them). I will be posting my first aged cheese very soon

Welcome! I'm quite new to cheese making too, I'm finding it so rewarding! I was intimidated at first, but now after 2 short months of my new hobby, I have lots of aged cheese going! It's going to be fun, and I personally got lots of help here on the Forum!
