Hi all!  I'm new to cheese making and I am doing my best to research and practice making cheese. I am living in Thailand now but I am from Kitchener, Ontario,Canada. But lived and worked more then 30 years in Alberta. Finding good store bought milk is hard to find here in Thailand, but I now have found some raw milk to use as well.
