Brewmaster turned cheese head

Hi all!
My first post here.

Quick note, every time I try to open a image from the forums it says "404 - Attachment Not Found". Does anyone know how to fix this?

I love to make things that I can eat or drink, cheese seemed like a natural next step for me. Before I started making cheese I was making beer, wine, cider, mead, sake, and lots of sourdough bread. I now brew beer professionally in Olympia, WA so making beer simply for fun is gone (though I still love my job). To fill that void at home I have started making cheese in a mini refrigerator that I converted into a cave. So far things are going great. I have made and happily eaten : camabert, Cheddar and a pressed goat cheese soaked in wine. In the cave I have a Swiss with caraway and a blue-gouda. I absolutely love making cheese!
