How long does gourmet cheese last?

Hey guys,

I recently bought some gourmet cheese from Cheese Ambassador, but I need to know how long it will last.
I want to know if I can keep it til my cheese and wine party in a couple months, or if I'll have to get more.

Do any of you guys know?

afteraithe, welcome to the forum, good question, with a myriad of answers.

In general 1) it's a function of temp and humidity that you store them at, and 2) soft cheeses last less than long.

What cheeses do you have, how are they sealed (ie whole wheels or slices) and how are you storing them?

Hi Afteraithe- in my house you would have to buy more .....it would be long gone ;D
