My setup

Hi all just wanted to show you all my setup so far. Just waiting on my gas burner and double pot so I can make at least 20lt at one time.

I have so far made an aged cheddar, tomme, Caerphilly, feta, halloumi.

Still need to temp control my two fridges/ caves.
