Hello from Corpus Christi

I'll be making my first Cheese this weekend.  I'm an advide home brewer for over 20 years.  So, my think my first cheese will be a beer washed cheddar.  A cheese I do not have to age for 6 months and is made with one of my favorite beers!

Anyway, I have a ton of questions and will be posting them regularly.
