Looking for something similar to Cave Cube

I'm a very tiny commercial micro-creamery in WI, about to move from only fresh cheeses to aged. I'm converting a small 8x8 room off the creamery into my first aging space, because I can do that without building out a new space.  I was pretty excited to find the Cave Cube at Perfect Cheese, then totally deflated when I read his message that it is no longer available.  I was using a personal humidifier in my wine fridge while experimenting, but am pretty sure that won't cut in 64 sf.  A room humidifier seems like overkill.  Has anyone found a good alternative for that size space to replace the Cave Cube?

You might want to try looking at cigar humidifiers.  The are available in sizes suitable for a small box to huge rooms and are more plentiful with more options than those for cheese.
