I toasted them.
It's in the brine now....ended up with an 8 lb 6 oz cheese.

Wow that's either a really moist cheese or you added a lot of mustard! Even with your goat milk that seems high...

Well you know it looses weight in the brine and then more again as it ages. Came out of Brine at 7 pounds 12 oz

I wish I could lose some weight by dipping myself in brine... And as I age.
