Hello,

I am new to the forum (and all forums), and new-ish to cheese making. I have a couple of questions that I'm sure I can find help with here, but I'm not sure where to jump in. I've looked through other threads and haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. So my two questions are regarding ph metering and calcium chloride. Where do I go? Suggestions?

For pH metering the ectech 110 is a popular (and good) choice. As for calcium chloride in Canada the better suppliers are
https://www.glengarrycheesemaking.on.ca in the east and https://www.makecheese.ca in the west. Unless you are making tons of cheese and then buy it as a concentrated granular and mix it up yourself (search function on top right if you need to learn about doing that)
