Hi! My name is Drew and I am new to cheesemaking.  So new in fact I haven't actually made any yet.  I am still learning the processes and want to jump in very soon.  I am a relay technician/C&I tech at Grand Coulee Dam.  Like many others I love cheese and can't wait to start.
