I am a newbie in this wonderful hobby of making cheese. I am reading a lot but I have already made my first cheese, not great but not bad 
I have a source for local raw milk of cow and sheep, but I have yet to learn what can be done with that

I am yet trying to get a source of raw Goat milk, no luck by now
