Humidifier output control

Sorry for the late response.  Yes, my cave is a small full size commercial refridgerator.  The water to my humidifier is fed by an RO unit and I have a float valve that regulates the filling.  The lid is to keep water from splashing outside the container and the exit port is positioned away from the head.  I use a single head btw.  The other port is for a small electric fan that blows into the container thus forcing the vapor out.

Duntov, taking another look at your setup, (1) that's a full size refrigerator, yes?  (2)  How many heads are you using for a fogger; (3) I'm having a ton of condensation in my wine cooler, with just the exposed fogger.  Your design looks something like I recall from John of Perfect cheese, with the nozzle.  I'm sure this is obvious but anyone who knows me from here (or elsewhere, lol), knows I have no engineering ability:  what is the purpose of that exit "nozzle?"; finally, do you have some sort of float demand for your water supply, so basically you can forget about it?

How do you keep the ultrasonic transducer from spewing water all over the place?  I've got one of those and have been testing different types of reservoirs to allow the mist to rise without the water getting all over.

BTW, the dog water thing is brilliant!

Sorry for the late response, been a while since i've logged in here. I honestly just tuck the humidifier back under the lip on the reservoir seating. it blows up a little water but its all caught by the plastic and drips back down into the bowl.
