That is one impressive production schedule you have going!  Out of curiosity, what does it average out to...#cheese makes per month/week/day?!? to get your frig's this full??

It's seasonal and depends on my milk supplies. 
I tend to start in Australian spring, about October. 
I make cheeses about twice a week, 20 litre batches which work out to about 2.3kg each.
This runs until January, then milk supply slows down and I do a couple a month until some time in Autumn.
