Been brewing beer for ever, went onto bread, then dry cured meats,  thought "what goes with these?"  Cheese !

Now i'm a Curd nerd.

My progression has been pickles >> cheese >> sourdough (working on it)>> charcuterie (dreaming of it).   Its like a good lunch table really.
