I haven't made many recipes from Mary Karlin's book, but this one was delicious.



I used the best molds I had at the time!



Another t'one from the same make was in wrap in the refrigerator for a while, and regrew some GC (I think):



Really good. Another post worried that maybe the brine wasn't salty enough, but with the daily wiping, this was even a bit too salty:



I thought I'd make an 8" Desert Sun Pavé biggun, oops!



If life gives you extra cheese, make pizza!





The rest has what seems like a really nice growth of G. candidum, am I right?
