I just made my first cheese- chevre. What should I make next? I'd like to go for something easy.

To insert an image, you should look under the text box and see the plus sign (+). Click on that and you can add an attachment. i.e. an image file.

As far as what's next: Similar styles to a Chevre are all the lactic cheeses. Have fun exploring the site.
