I never bothered to intro myself, but here goes.

Middle aged gal here, recently married, got into cheesemaking as a hobby because of covid.  I'm a software engineer, mother of two grown children, and self professed nerd.

Hubby and I planning to build new home, hope to have a small cheese cave right near the kitchen.
