Cheese night!

We decided to open a bunch of cheese to celebrate my wife's birthday. Rounded it up with some mojama, koji lomo embutido, chorizo riojano, baguette and Albariño (everything but the wine was home made).


Bottom to top: Feta (2w), Manchego (1y), Alpkäse (1y), Reblochon (2m), Montasio (7m), Sbrinz (6m), Monterey Jak (10w), Parmesan (1y).

Manchego and Alpkäse owned the night, no argument
