Hello from Waco Texas USA (but in French)

Hello,
I am Kirsten, a French doctor married to an American guy who came to Waco, TX. I started making and sharing cheese at the start of the pandemic, and now am working toward opening an artisan cheese business. I dream of an urban fromagerie, with French style cheeses (the one I miss here).
Ready to dig in the different boards and hopefully meet virtually or for real cheese people from my corner of the world.
