Hello from Devon, England

I have the cheese making bug and am keen to explore making lots of different cheeses.

I live in rural Devon and am surrounded by sheep farms but none that do sheeps milk.  There are also plenty of dairy farms with lots of cows and unpasteurized milk is easy to get.

I am sure I will have lots of questions as I explore.
