I'll admit I've been using you as a resource for a couple of years now and it only just occurred to me to join. I'm Tracey Johnson, owner of cheeseneeds supply store in BC canada. I run the Learn to make Cheese page on Facebook with several others and your pages and pages of wonderful information have taught me plenty.
So a hearty thank you.

So you don't have to: https://cheeseneeds.com/  ;D

I'm always complaining about spam, but when introducing yourself, it's got to be OK I think...  There are some good prices for a few things there...  I've actually never heard of LyoPro/Codex-ing (which is apparently a daughter company of Agrilac... Codex-ing being out of Florida and Agrilac being an Australian company... I think???)  Any experiences with how they compare to some of the more common offerings (say Flora Danica, or some of the MA series from Choozit, etc)?

Anyway, good to have more industry people here!  As I said, the last couple who showed up were intent on spamming, which was a real shame.

Also, to plug you some more, I haven't read your book (again a new one for me) :-)  So I'm going to have to get around to that some time!

And... finally a hearty welcome from a person who irregularly shows up here ;-)

Hi Mike. I have no intention of spamming, I run a huge fb page and daily it takes about 3 hours for me personally (we have 5 admin) so I know how big an issue spam is. I figured the logo would be ok but no intention of posting links. Also it's my company and I'm proud of it so I didn't want to sneak in here incognito.

Anyhoo I'm glad to be here and looking forward to helping and learning more.

Hello Cheeseneeds
I haven't been here in a few years but hoping to get back into things. Great place to learn and share.
