Hi my name is Gadjahberlari as pseudo-nym for this account. I currently finishing animal husbandry major and for final year undergraduate theses, i study cheese. Introduced to cheesemaking and cheese tasting was started back when i did my internship programme under a mid sized cheesemaking factory, Mazaraat Artisan cheesemaker. Having love the taste of artisan cheese and especially broaden my taste experience.

currently having difficulty of forming good and firm feta cheese for lab tests. Im using decades of wisdom created by this forum member's. Experimenting any experience anyone of cheesemaker out there have. If you live near Yogyakarta, be happy to chat with you over cheesemaking.
